History
Princess Anne Manor and Princess Gardens were among the last subdivisions developed by Home Smith and Company, the same builders behind The Kingsway, Baby Point, and Humber Valley Village. A 1955 ad boasted their rapid popularity, with 45 families moving in just months after sales began. By the early 1960s, the neighborhood was fully developed and became a favorite for families.
